Maria Cortez

Maria Cortez joined Advanced Energy in April 2022 as senior vice president of industrial power products.

Cortez has more than 25 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing sector. She joined Advanced Energy from Texas Instruments, where she led the Integrated Power Management business. Prior to this, Cortez held leadership, product marketing and technical roles with NXP Semiconductor and Motorola.

Maria holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Texas.
