Rajiv Kommineni has extensive work experience, starting in 2001 at Maxim Integrated Products, where they served as a Lead Design Engineer in the Telecom Unit. During their time there, they led cross-functional teams in designing software and hardware that generated $100 million in revenue.
In 2007, Rajiv joined Yahoo! Inc. as a Senior Application Strategy Consultant, overseeing operations in India and Southeast Asia. Rajiv held this position for one year before transitioning to Texas Instruments in 2008.
At Texas Instruments, Rajiv served in various roles throughout their tenure. From 2008 to 2010, they were the Business Development Manager, responsible for managing worldwide marketing and business development for software-driven chipsets, resulting in approximately $100 million in revenue. Rajiv also developed customer relationships with key decision-makers at companies like Apple, Cisco, Erickson, and QLogic, leading to a $200 million growth in the ASIC business.
In 2010, Rajiv transitioned to the role of Product Line Director, Motor Drive Market at Texas Instruments, where they built and managed a multimillion-dollar business. Rajiv formed high-performance cross-functional teams, generating $80 million in new revenue.
In 2013, Rajiv became the Director of Demand Creation IT at Texas Instruments, leading a staff of 40 and third-party teams of 60+. Rajiv played a pivotal role in developing digital capabilities, including e-commerce strategy, integrated customer support, marketing, and BI analytics. During their tenure, they drove the digital transformation of TI's end-to-end omnichannel customer experience and successfully executed and rolled out the company's first global e-commerce system, which generated $400 million in revenue.
In 2018, Rajiv took on the role of Senior Director, Engineering and Manufacturing IT at Texas Instruments. Rajiv directed a global team of 120, providing IT services to digital, engineering, and manufacturing organizations. Rajiv managed a portfolio of 140 applications and systems, revolutionizing TI's application development process.
In 2021, Rajiv joined Littelfuse as the Senior Director of Digital Transformation, where they played a pivotal role in driving digital initiatives to transform the company's operations.
Lastly, in 2022, Rajiv became the Vice President of Digital Experience and Commerce at Advanced Energy, where they currently serve in a leadership role.
Rajiv Kommineni has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and General Management, as well as Engineering Management from Cornell University. Additionally, they hold a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University.
