Russ House has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Russ started their career at Perkin Elmer, where they worked as a Manufacturing Manager and made significant improvements in product cost, cycle time, and inventory. Russ then moved on to Tomtec Inc, where they served as the VP of Operations and introduced LEAN manufacturing, resulting in a reduction in cost-of-goods-sold. After that, Russ joined Keithley Instruments as an Engineering Director, leading product development teams and establishing product and technology roadmaps. Russ later worked at Avtron Aerospace as the VP of Engineering, addressing issues with late shipments and low profitability and achieving significant improvements in on-time delivery and gross margins. Russ then founded their own consulting company, Russell F House Consulting, where they provided leadership and expertise in new product development and management. Russ joined TEGAM as the Vice President of Engineering, accelerating new product development and leading a team of engineers. Currently, Russ is working at Advanced Energy as the Director of Product Line Management, responsible for the P&L of the TEGAM product line and serving as the site lead for the company's facility in Geneva, OH.

Russ House obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1984. Russ then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management Engineering from the University of Bridgeport, which they completed in 1987.
