Jim Lebs

Jim Lebs has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and positions. Jim has served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at multiple companies, including Advanced MedAesthetic Partners, Smile Doctors, CraftWorks Restaurants & Breweries, Inc., Pei Wei, and Cicis. At these organizations, they were responsible for leading key business functions such as accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), treasury, supply chain, and legal.

Throughout their career, Lebs has achieved numerous accomplishments, such as successfully leading the sale transaction and separation of Pei Wei from its parent company, developing new business processes, implementing new systems, and establishing critical daily management reporting. Jim has also played a pivotal role in driving financial intensity and optimizing store-level profits through various initiatives and strategic partnerships.

Prior to their CFO roles, Lebs held various positions at Sonic Drive-In, Jack in the Box, Wet Seal, Inc, Edison International, and GameScape, LLC, where they gained extensive experience in supply chain, financial planning and analysis, accounting operations, internal audit, and financial systems.

Jim Lebs completed their Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Business and Accounting Emphasis from California State University-San Bernardino, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, from 1996 to 1999.
