Kristen Robinson has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.

Kristen started their career at LGC Hospitality in 2016 as a Hospital Coordinator, where they worked until September 2017.

From September 2017 to May 2020, Kristen worked at Centria Healthcare as a Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing, screening, and training healthcare professionals for long-term assignments in the Texas market.

In 2020, Kristen joined It's A Secret Med Spa as a Human Resource Recruiter. Kristen'smain responsibilities included recruiting and hiring medical aesthetic talent for their national medical spa brand. Kristen worked in this role until February 2021.

From October 2021 to May 2022, Kristen worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Cinemark. Kristen managed full-cycle recruiting for their Eastern Region Theatres and Corporate Departments, ensuring they hired top talent in the market.
