Beverly Alvarez Cism

Beverly Alvarez CISM, PMP, has extensive experience in security incident response and project management, currently serving as Director of Security Incident Response/SDL Governance at AMD. Prior roles at Lenovo included Principal Project Manager for Lenovo PSIRT, Lean Six Sigma Productivity Champion, and Senior Program Manager for Accessibility Compliance, along with various positions as Senior Software Project Manager and other managerial roles. Beverly's career began at IBM, where responsibilities included Advisory Software Project Manager and Technical Resolution Manager. Academically, Beverly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from North Carolina State University and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certificate from MoreSteam University.
