Sudhanva Gurumurthi

Sudhanva Gurumurthi is a Fellow at AMD since September 2016, focusing on RAS research and advanced development. Concurrently, Sudhanva serves as a Principal Member of Technical Staff at Texas State University and as an Advisory Council Member since February 2019. Additionally, involvement includes being an Industry Advisory Board Member for the Computer Science Department at the University of Virginia from August 2005 to August 2020, where Sudhanva held roles as Visiting Associate Professor, Associate Professor with tenure, and Assistant Professor. Previous experience includes working at IBM as a Cloud Operations Architect and Manager in the Cloud Innovation Lab and serving as a Senior Researcher at AMD from August 2012 to July 2015. Sudhanva also worked at Intel Corporation as a Faculty Consultant for the SPEARS Group from February 2008 to July 2010. Educational background includes a PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from Penn State University and a BE in Computer Science and Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy.
