Tim Bridges, PMP has a strong and diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tim began their career as a Research Assistant at Indiana University Bloomington in 1981. Tim then worked as the President of Cypher Associates in 1996 and President of Artifex, Inc. from 1997 to 2002.

In 2002, Tim joined Persistent Systems as the Director of Business Development, where they led the product definition, development, and deployment of their LDAP interoperability product suite. Tim was also responsible for managing relationships with major software companies, such as IBM, Google, and Microsoft.

In 2006, Tim became the President of Artifex, Inc. again, where they expanded the company's business model by leading internal and external product development projects. Tim successfully shifted Artifex's capabilities from a purely service business to a company-owned products model.

In their most recent role as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Advanced Onion, Inc. since 2018, Tim has been responsible for leading a team of 90 employees and overseeing all aspects of delivery, quality, scheduling, personnel, and profitability for four major contracts. Tim'sdevelopment team, Mirador, won the 2019 Department of Defense CIO award for Cyber and IT Excellence.

Tim Bridges, PMP holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Indiana University Bloomington, which they obtained in 1984. Tim also pursued a Ph.D. in Computer Science at the same university from 1984 to 1989. In 1980, Tim received their Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Indiana University Bloomington as well. In 2013 and 2014, they earned a Graduate Certificate in Cybersecurity Policy from the University of Maryland, University College. Additionally, Tim has obtained certifications such as Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA) from Pegasystems in 2020 and DataRobot Essentials Engineer from DataRobot in 2019.
