Sebastián Aguiar

Sebastián Aguiar is an accomplished professional in the telecommunications and media industries, currently serving as the Director de Negocios Masivos (COO) at Tigo Paraguay since October 2020, overseeing multiple business segments including mobile services, home internet and TV, customer service, and digital transformation. Additionally, Sebastián holds the position of Director de Marketing y CX/UX at Tigo Sports Paraguay, where responsibilities include managing a sports TV channel. In an interim capacity, Sebastián also serves as the Global Marketing Director at Millicom. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Claro Uruguay as Gerente de Marketing and at Sammel S.A. as Gerente Comercial y Operativo, along with earlier positions in sales management and international channel management. Sebastián Aguiar holds a degree in Comunicación Social from Universidad Católica del Uruguay.
