Scott Cornell serves as the Managing Director at Cornell Operations Consulting since February 2021 and is an active Network Expert Member at Tenzing, contributing supply chain and manufacturing operations expertise. With extensive experience in operational improvement, Scott held roles including Director of Corporate Performance Improvement and Director of Private Equity Performance Improvement at Alvarez & Marsal from 2014 to 2024. Prior to these positions, Scott demonstrated leadership as a Director at Argo Inc. and as a Group Leader at Toyota Motor Manufacturing West Virginia, after gaining foundational experience as a Manufacturing Supervisor at Delphi Harrison Thermal Systems.
