Kris Gorman Surber MBA, RD has a diverse work experience spanning multiple healthcare companies. In 2001, they started working at DaVita Kidney Care as a Group Healthcare Administrator, where they served until 2011. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Surgical Care Affiliates, holding the position of Chief Executive Officer. In 2014, they joined Advanced Orthopedics New England, first as the Chief Executive Officer and later as the Executive Director, until 2022.

Kris Gorman Surber holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations, obtained from the University of Connecticut between the years 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, Kris obtained a Bachelor's degree of Science in Allied Health, Dietetics from the University of Connecticut between the years 1993 to 1997.
