Zoe Hodgkinson

Zoe Hodgkinson currently serves as the Head of Talent and HR at Advanced Propulsion Centre UK, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this role, Zoe worked at the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board as the Lead Human Resources Business Partner from June 2019 to March 2025, where responsibilities included leading a high-performing HR team, influencing senior management decisions, and promoting diversity and inclusion. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Outcomes First Group, managing HR projects and building relationships with business leaders, and HR roles at iSOFT and a healthcare company. Zoe's educational background includes an MSc in Human Resource Management from Cardiff University and a BA (Hons) in English Literature from Aberystwyth University.
