Michael Greene

Michael Greene has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michael currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC since January 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Vice President and Chief General Counsel at the same company from September 2020 to January 2023.

Before joining Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC, Michael worked at Noven Pharmaceuticals for ten years. Michael held the position of Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary from January 2016 to September 2020. Prior to that, they served as Deputy General Counsel and Executive Director - Alliance Management from January 2010 to December 2015.

Michael's early work experience includes a tenure at Paul Hastings, where they worked as a Senior Associate from 2005 to 2010. Michael started their legal career as an Associate at Steel Hector & Davis LLP, where they worked from September 1999 to January 2005.

Michael Greene attended The Walker School for their primary and secondary education. Michael then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at The University of Georgia, where they graduated with honors, magna cum laude, in 1996. Following this, Michael enrolled in the University of Florida, where they obtained their Juris Doctorate degree with honors in 1999.
