Sam Gussman-Toh

Sam Gussman-Toh currently serves as Deputy Division Director ARPANET-H at ARPA-H, overseeing the building of a national network of stakeholders. Prior to this, Sam worked as a Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and Senior Analyst at BMNT, where they managed a team executing contracts for government and private-sector clients. Sam also worked as a Research Assistant at the Center for International Security and Cooperation and as a Residential Computer Consultant at Stanford University. Sam holds a Bachelor's Degree in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at Georgia Institute of Technology.
