Bukola Adepeju

Bukola Adepeju has extensive work experience in various roles in the technology industry. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Technical Project Coordinator at Sunoco Refining & Marketing, where they managed multiple software and infrastructure projects. Bukola then transitioned to the healthcare sector, working as a Scrum Master at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia from 2013 to 2016, where they led the transition of teams from Waterfall to Agile and managed multiple technology development projects.

In 2016, Bukola joined Aetna, a CVS Health Company, as a Scrum Master, where they worked on health and wellness application innovations and updates. Bukola also served as a liaison between the business and technology departments and played a key role in backlog management and continuous delivery of features.

From 2019 to 2021, Bukola worked at Wolters Kluwer Health as a Scrum Master II, focusing on production environment migration, site and system developments, and system sustenance using the Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) framework. Bukola coached and served two geographically diverse teams and collaborated closely with multiple product owners.

In 2021, Bukola joined Bank of America as an Agile Coach/Sr. Scrum Master, where they worked on digital technology projects for business loans, cards, vehicle lending, new acquisitions, maintenance, and platform migrations.
