Bill Lutz

Bill Lutz is the President and Chief Operating Officer at Advanced Technology Services Inc. He oversees the strategy and executional excellence across global operations. Bill joined the company in September 2009 as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing all corporate accounting, finance and information systems support functions for the company. Bill has over 30 years of business and finance experience in manufacturing, consumer products and service industries.

Before coming to ATS, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Salton, Inc., a global public company recognized as a leading designer, marketer and distributor of branded, high-quality small appliances and electronics. Prior to Salton, Bill led the corporate consolidation and subsidiary accounting group at Capital One Financial following demonstrated success in various senior finance positions. His career with manufacturing, consumer products and service companies included AT&T and Viasystems, where he served as a division CFO and later, Vice President of Finance. Bill is a graduate of Rutgers University where he received a Bachelor of Science and an MBA.
