Lisa Thomas

Lisa Thomas is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager at Advanced Technology Services (ATS) since June 2017, leading a team of approximately 20 employees while focusing on key performance metrics such as time to fill, hires, retention, and Net Promoter Surveys. Previously, Lisa served as a Recruiting Supervisor at Aerotek from October 2011 to June 2017, and before that, as a Commercial Services Account Recruitment Manager and Recruiter Lead at Clearwire from November 2009 to October 2011. Lisa began their career at Clearwire, progressing from an Account Services Representative to Tier 2 Hybrid Leader. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Management from UWF Lewis Bear Jr. College of Business, where studies were completed from 2007 to 2009.
