Chris Walsh

Chris Walsh, P. Eng., currently serves as Field Supervisor at Advanced Upstream Ltd. since November 2021, focusing on Limitless Frac Operations for significant Oil & Gas companies in Canada and the US. Previously, Chris worked at Weatherford from June 1997 to April 2020 in various roles, including Service Delivery Engineer, where an emphasis was placed on improving operational excellence and safety metrics. Chris also held positions as Engineer/Petrophysicist, Formation Evaluation Engineer, Technical Sales Engineer, Senior Specialty Engineer, and Wireline Logging Engineer, gaining extensive expertise in petrophysical reservoir interpretation, hydraulic frac optimization, and advanced logging services. Chris began a career in engineering with an internship at Doris Engineering, contributing to the design of the Hibernia project. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Memorial University and continuing education in Reservoir Geomechanics from Stanford University and Petroskills.
