Andrea Hinojosa

Andrea Hinojosa has three years of professional work experience. In 2018, they worked as a Customer Service Manager at Zaida's Pet Salon, where they maintained knowledge of company products and services to promptly resolve complaints or concerns, set and confirmed all customer appointments, and created product promotion plans and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and sales. Andrea also worked as a Guest Service Representative at Nothing Bundt Cakes that same year, where they promoted a high level of guest satisfaction through genuine, enthusiastic, and friendly interactions, managed guest complaints and rectified issues to complete satisfaction, and coordinated inventory, stocking, and ordering.
