Lara al Ansari

Lara Al Ansari currently serves as the Analysis & Insights Lead at AWA, where responsibilities include workplace strategy and change management since February 2021. Previously, Lara held an internship at Propel International, contributing to project management for a redesign of the associate vetting process, co-managing recruitment efforts, and leading various assessment initiatives from January to April 2019. Prior experience also includes an internship at Lancor, where Lara focused on candidate research and database management from September to December 2018. Lara holds a Master of Science in Organisational and Social Psychology from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Durham University.
