Dr Onkar S Thorat

Dr. Onkar S Thorat is a seasoned veterinary professional with expertise in product development and field management within the animal health sector. Currently serving as a Product Development Consultant at Advanced Enzyme Technologies Limited since October 2023, Dr. Thorat previously held the role of Field Technical Manager for Ruminants at MSD from August 2022 to September 2023 and worked as a consultant veterinarian at Dwara E Dairy Tamilnadu from November 2021 to August 2022. Dr. Thorat's academic background includes a Master of Veterinary Science with a focus on Animal Nutrition from Nagpur Veterinary College, complemented by a Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry from Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University, where Dr. Thorat also completed the MVSc studies from October 2019 to March 2022.
