Richard Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Richards began their career at Ingersoll Rand, where they worked as the Vice President of Turbo Division for over two decades. Following this, they held various leadership positions at different companies, including being the President and COO at Belliss & Morcom USA, Vice President and General Manager at Crosby Valve and Guage Co., and Vice President of International Operations at CMI Corporation. Additionally, Richard also served as the Task Force Chairman at API SOME committee. In 2008, they founded their own consultancy, TEC Industries Co, which specialized in providing distribution and acquisition consulting services to companies expanding their presence in different markets.
Richard Thomas attended Wadsworth High from 1958 to 1960, where they completed the College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. Following that, from 1960 to 1966, they enrolled in the Colorado School of Mines, where they obtained an EM degree in Mining.
