Beverly Philipp, Ph.D. is currently a Senior Director of Content & Delivery at AWE, where she develops and facilitates engaging learning experiences for corporate clients. She has a background in coaching executives, people leaders, and individual contributors, helping them discover their unique gifts, explore purpose and values, and create a fulfilling work-life balance. With a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Beverly has experience as an Adjunct Professor and Faculty Member at various universities, as well as a background in organizational development consulting and talent management.
