Teuta Haxhaj-Goding

Teuta Haxhaj-Goding has over 13 years of experience in IT leadership roles. Teuta joined AdvanSix in 2019 as the Director of IT - Digitalization, focusing on Industry 4.0 technologies. Prior to that, they worked at Indivior for four years as a Global Program Manager. Additionally, they held various roles at Boehringer Ingelheim Chemicals, including Site Head of IT, Head of IT Service Development and Delivery, and Head of IT Service Delivery. Teuta Haxhaj-Goding has a strong background in IT management and infrastructure development.

Teuta Haxhaj-Goding, MBA, received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Virginia Commonwealth University - School of Business. Prior to that, they obtained a B.A. in Political Science from Longwood University. In addition, Teuta holds certifications such as Certified Project Manager from PMLG and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from VCU.
