Haley Burman

Haley Burman has a diverse range of work experience. In their most recent role as the Director of Supportive Care at Advantage Health Systems, they oversee a team of social workers, spiritual counselors, and music therapists, ensuring compliance and managing bereavement and volunteer programs. Haley also supports the leadership team by organizing in-services on effective communication and customer service. Prior to this, Haley worked as a Social Worker at Advantage Health Systems, providing emotional and bereavement support to hospice patients and their families. Haley conducted assessments and maintained effective communication within the interdisciplinary team. Additionally, Haley served as a Girl's Basketball Coach at Santana High School, where they worked as an assistant coach for three seasons. Haley also has experience as a Life Care Manager Associate at LivHOME, where they conducted assessments, developed care plans, and supervised a team of caregivers. Finally, Haley worked as a Sales Specialist at Apple, where they created personalized customer experiences, maintained visual merchandising, and demonstrated strong communication and listening skills.

Haley Burman completed their Bachelor's degree in Social Work at San Diego State University from 2012 to 2016. Haley then pursued a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a specialization in Clinical/Medical Social Work at the University of Utah from 2016 to 2017. In January 2023, they obtained a certification as an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW) from the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
