Priyanka Pulkur, MA LPC, has a background in the field of behavioral assessments and counseling. Priyanka started their career in 2012 as an M.A., LPC-Intern at The Renfrew Center, where they gained experience in providing therapeutic services. In 2013, they joined Bariatric Services Group as a National Clinical Director/Founding Partner, focusing on providing pre- and post-operative counseling for bariatric patients. In 2018, they moved on to become a National Clinical Director/Founding Partner at Advantage Point Behavioral, a telehealth company that offers behavioral assessments and counseling nationwide. In this role, Priyanka is responsible for providing various services, including pre-surgical psychological assessments, post-operative counseling, and chronic pain counseling for patients undergoing bariatric surgery, spinal cord stimulators, spinal fusion, and artificial lumbar disc replacement.
