Becky Ennis has a diverse and extensive work experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. Becky began their career as a Recruiter at TAC Worldwide in 1996. Becky then joined Advantage Technical Resourcing in 2000 as a National Program Manager, and subsequently held roles such as Sr. Business Analyst, Implementation Manager, and Director of Program Operations. In 2015, Becky joined Advantage Resourcing as the Sr. Director of Strategic Accounts Operations. Becky later moved to Advantage xPO in 2017, where they served as the Sr. Director of Operations and then advanced to the position of Vice President, MSP Operations in 2019. In this role, they were responsible for the successful delivery of Managed Service Programs.
Becky Ennis obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Brown University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. In 2023, they received two certifications, namely the World Staffing Award for being one of the top 100 staffing firms to work for and one of the top 100 staffing leaders to watch, both awarded by Candidate.ly.
