Chris Young

Chris Young, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Chris is currently serving as the Vice President of Client Performance at Advantage Solutions, where they are responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for the organization and overseeing the Business Unit P&L. Prior to this, Chris worked at Jacent as the Senior Vice President of Operations, leading a large merchandising workforce and driving sales and profitability goals. Chris also held positions at Advantage Solutions as the Director of Retail Operations and Regional Operations Manager, where they were responsible for aligning retail initiatives and leading the retail selling organization. Chris has also worked as a Regional Market Manager at 7-Eleven and as a Sales Marketing Operations Manager at Sunoco.

Chris Young, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Eastern University, with a specialization in Business Administration and Management. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Delaware Valley University.
