Menucha Levy

Menucha Levy has a diverse and extensive work experience. Menucha has held various roles in different companies. Their most recent position is as the VP of IT Portfolio and Program Management at Advantage Solutions, starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they were the Chief Member at Chief from March 2023. In 2023, they were also the Partner and Chief Operations Officer at Big Chalk, where they were responsible for executive leadership, formulating operations strategy, and defining goals and KPIs.

From 2017 to 2022, Menucha worked at Walgreens Boots Alliance, starting as the Senior Director of WBA OneIT Global PMO. During this time, they led the transformation of the company's project management structure and expanded their responsibilities to include managing multiple teams and divisions. Menucha also held various other roles at Walgreens Boots Alliance, including Director of WBA OneIT Strategy & Planning and WBA OneIT Portfolio Management Lead.

Before joining Walgreens Boots Alliance, Menucha worked at Breakthrough Technologies as a Program Manager and Scrum Master from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they were the Director of Project Management at IRI from 2013 to 2014, where they led a migration project and initiated process improvement projects. Menucha also worked as a Senior Engagement Manager at Model N from 2012 to 2013, where they supported the rollout of new product solutions.

Menucha's earlier work experience includes roles at Northern Trust as the EDM Program Manager in 2011 and at IRI as a Program Manager and Project Manager from 2005 to 2011. Menucha began their career as the Director of Operations at Ocius, LLC from 2002 to 2005. Throughout their career, Menucha has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills.

Menucha Levy has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Systems from DePaul University, a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Media Management from Columbia College Chicago, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Film & Television from Tel Aviv University. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including Lean Six Sigma - Yellow Belt from Walgreens, Process Management from the American Management Association, Customer Service Excellence from the American Management Association, How to Communicate with Diplomacy, Tact and Credibility from the American Management Association, and CSM from Scrum Alliance.
