Rodney McLean

Rodney McLean, PMP, CSM has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Rodney is currently the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Operations Strategy and Excellence at Advantage Solutions, where they are responsible for driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Operations Transformation at the same company.

Before joining Advantage Solutions, Rodney worked at Cerner Corporation as the Executive Senior Director of Enterprise Strategy and Transformation. Rodney McLean, PMP, CSM has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management Information Systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Additionally, they have completed executive education in finance from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Rodney also has certifications as a Master Black Belt from GE in 2007 and as a PSDM from Kepner-Tregoe.
