Don McCabe

Don McCabe has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Don is currently the CFO at Advantage since 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Board of Directors member and President and CFO at Victory Recovery Partners from 2019 to 2022. Don also held the position of CFO at PM Pediatrics from 2018 to 2019. Don became the first CFO of Stat Health Immediate Med Care in 2016, where they successfully partnered with the CEO and VP of Ops to reduce clinical labor costs. Between 2009 and 2016, they worked as the Senior Vice President Finance at NAPA Management Services Corporation. Furthermore, they have held financial roles such as Corporate Controller at Lifetime Brands, Inc, Vice President Finance at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, and Accounting Manager at Friendship Dairies. Don's early career includes roles such as Cost Accounting Manager at Garan, Incorporated and Audit Senior at BDO Seidman.

Don McCabe attended Adelphi University from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting.
