Dale Heil has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Dale started their career in 1977 at Fox Farms where they worked as a laborer and eventually became a field supervisor. In 1988, they interned at IBM as an Operations Research Intern. Dale then joined Pennsylvania Blue Shield as a Project Analyst, where they provided analytical and system support to sales and marketing departments. Dale co-wrote a report generator that was sold to clients. In 1991, they joined Roadway Express as a System Analyst and in 1995, they moved to SAS Institute as a Programmer Analyst/Technical Consultant. In 2009, they joined R.L. Polk & Company as an ITPA and in 2006, they became a School Board Trustee and Vice President at Ida Public Schools. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan as a Data Infrastructure Manager. Most recently, they have been working at Advantasure as the Director of Ops Support since 2017.
Dale Heil attended Messiah University from 1984 to 1988 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics.
