Markus Vinzenz Ortlieb is an accomplished procurement and sourcing leader with extensive experience in global strategic sourcing, procurement, and logistics. Currently serving as Head of Global Procurement at Advantest since April 2023, Markus previously held the position of Director of Global Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, and Logistics at ProMinent GmbH, where significant achievements included the complete reorganization of the procurement function and the establishment of a global procurement organization. Markus's extensive background also includes a dual-role tenure at Danaher Corporation, overseeing sourcing strategies in both Electronics and Direct Material across a diverse manufacturing landscape in Europe, North America, and Asia. Markus has a solid foundation in industrial engineering and business administration, with degrees from Technische Hochschule Ulm and Hochschule Neu-Ulm, as well as international experience from DongFeng International Institute in China.
