Derrick Beaver

Derrick Beaver is currently a CNC programmer at Advantic. Derrick has extensive experience in business development and marketing, having served as Vice President of Business Development and Marketing at United Group Services, Inc. from July 2013 to August 2017. In this role, Derrick provided leadership across front-end segments of commercial business development, including marketing, estimating, domestic and global sourcing, proposal development, presentation delivery, and finalization of agreement. Derrick also led a team of managers coordinating preconstruction details for capital projects across the United States ranging from $20K to $20M.

Prior to their role at United Group Services, Inc., Derrick served as Director of Marketing and Business Development at PIVOTEK from January 2011 to December 2013. At PIVOTEK, Derrick was responsible for accelerating construction through innovation by providing highly-specialized expertise in mechanical pre-fabrication products – such as MEP racks and bathroom units. PIVOTek’s solutions provided lean and LEED advantages, shortening construction schedules, improving quality and reducing costs. The company served commercial construction projects in hospitality, healthcare, higher education housing, and in the government/public sector.

Derrick Beaver received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communications from Xavier University.

Derrick Beaver reports to Jeff Nielsen, COO. They are on a team with Anna Schneider - Production Support Manager, Erin Rastikis - Human Resources Consultant, and Chris Tussey - Production Supervisor.
