Neah Lafuente

Neah (Jackson) LaFuente has a diverse work experience that spans over several roles and industries. They started their career as a Women's Resource Center Student Advocate at Portland Community College in 2004. They then worked as a Customer Service Representative at State National Companies from 2007 to 2009. Following that, they were a Community Relations/Corp. Communications Intern at the Portland Trail Blazers, where they assisted with various aspects of corporate and community events.

In 2011, Neah joined NTP Distribution as a Customer Relations employee, a position they held until 2013. They then moved on to the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) as a Sponsorship & Vendor Relations Coordinator, responsible for generating non-dues revenue for the association.

Next, Neah joined Epiq Systems in 2014 as a Project Coordinator, where they supported project managers in executing projects and maintained superior client service standards. Afterward, they transitioned to the American Cancer Society in 2015, where they held roles as a Community Manager for Special Events and a Community Development Manager.

In 2018, Neah started working with the OHSU Foundation and held various positions, including Assistant Director of Development and Assistant Director of Community Programs.

Their most recent position is with Advantis Credit Union, where they currently hold the role of Communications and Community Engagement Manager, having started in August 2021. Additionally, in November 2022, they will assume the position of Director of Communications and Community Engagement.

Neah (Jackson) LaFuente's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing & Advertising Management from Portland State University - School of Business.
