Dave McNamara

Dave McNamara has a comprehensive work history in the pharmaceutical industry. Dave started their career at Coca Cola Ballina in 1999, where they worked in planning for six years. Dave then moved to Shire Pharmaceuticals in 2005, where they held various roles in procurement and sales & marketing procurement until 2016. Following that, they joined Concordia International Rx (Ireland) as the Managing Director, Head of Supplier Alliance Management, and later became the Managing Director, Director of Global Supply Chain. In 2018, Dave joined ADVANZ PHARMA as the Vice President of Global Supply Chain, and later transitioned to Vice President of Sourcing, Procurement and Supplier Development.

Dave McNamara has a BA (Hons) Business Studies degree from Dublin Business School, which they obtained from 1994 to 1998. Dave also has a Certificate in Production and Inventory Management from APICS - The Association for Operations Management, which they earned from 2000 to 2002. Furthermore, Dave completed several diploma programs at the Irish Management Institute, including a Diploma in Strategic Marketing from 2010 to 2011, a Diploma in Business Finance from 2011 to 2012, and a Master of Business degree from 2012 to 2013. Prior to their higher education, Dave attended De La Salle College in Churchtown, Dublin from 1988 to 1994.
