Jaysal Bodhani

Jaysal Bodhani has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Jaysal is currently the Head of Commercial Finance - Europe at ADVANZ PHARMA since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Intercept Pharmaceuticals from December 2016 to July 2022 in various financial planning and analysis positions, including Senior Manager and Interim Head (Associate Director) International. Before that, they worked at EY, starting in September 2010 as an Assistant Tax Advisor and progressing to roles such as Tax Advisory, Project Manager, and Senior Consultant. Jaysal also completed a Summer Analyst internship at EY in 2009. Overall, they have gained expertise in financial planning and analysis, tax advisory, and performance improvement finance.

Jaysal Bodhani completed their Diploma in Strategic Finance from Chartered Accountants Ireland in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Chartered Accountancy degree from ICAS - The Professional Body of CAs in 2013. Jaysal also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Social Studies from The University of Manchester, which they earned in 2010. Jaysal completed their A Levels in Economics, Biology, and Mathematics at St George's School, Harpenden, from 2005 to 2007. Jaysal completed their secondary education at Bedford Modern School, where they received their GCSE qualifications from 2000 to 2005.
