Chuck Petrozzini

Chuck Petrozzini has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Chuck started their career at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where they held various roles in sales, marketing, and operations, specializing in areas such as neuroscience, oncology, and infectious diseases. Chuck then moved on to Educational Resource Systems Inc., where they worked as a Senior Director focused on training, marketing, and sales business development and design. Following that, they joined LEO Pharma A/S as a Senior Director, leading the Commercial Excellence function for the US Region. Afterward, they worked as a Commercial Excellence Consultant at Salveo Health Communications, where they collaborated with pharmaceutical, device, and diagnostic companies to provide strategic business solutions. Chuck then held the position of Head of Commercial Organizational and Leadership Development at IPSEN Biopharmaceuticals before becoming a Senior Director of Learning and Development at Ferring Pharmaceuticals. Most recently, they served as the Senior Director of US and Global Learning and Development at Amplity Health, where they strategically developed and implemented a new training culture and capability. Chuck is currently the Head of Commercial Learning and Development at SUN PHARMA. Throughout their career, Petrozzini has demonstrated expertise in areas such as training and development, leadership development, organizational development, change management, and market research.

Chuck Petrozzini has a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and International Business from Mount Saint Mary's University. Chuck also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Finance from the same institution.
