Prashant Sonawane

Prashant Sonawane has two years of work experience in the software engineering field. Prashant started their professional career in 2018 as a Software Developer Intern at 18North Systems Private Limited, where they worked in the Chatbot Development team. Prashant created various Intents and utterances for bot communications, and implemented Lambda functions with node.js for fulfillment through REST API. In 2020, they joined AdvaRisk as a Module Lead and Software Engineer. In their role as Software Engineer, they developed numerous functionalities and worked on performance improvement of the product, which helped in reducing the operations team processing time. Prashant also developed REST APIs using Django Rest Framework, and made design recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code.

Prashant Sonawane has completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Fergusson College between 2014 and 2017 and a Master of Science in Computer Science from MIT World Peace University between 2017 and 2019. Prashant has also obtained several certifications, including a Python (Intermediate) Certificate from HackerRank in September 2020, a Python (Basic) Certificate from HackerRank in August 2020, a Rest API (Intermediate) Certificate from HackerRank in August 2020, a CutShort Certified Python - Advanced from CutShort in May 2020, and a Bracketology Club: Using March Madness to Learn Data Science from LinkedIn in June 2019.
