Lynn Sicke

Lynn Sicke is currently working at Advarra as the VP of Human Resources since November 2023. Previously, Lynn held the role of Sr. Director, Human Resources at Advarra from April 2022 to November 2023 and the role of Director of Human Resources from March 2021 to April 2022. Before Advarra, Lynn served as the VP Human Resources at Bio-Optronics, a healthcare information technology company, from April 2019 to March 2022. Lynn also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Calero Software from February 2015 to April 2019. Lynn's earlier experiences include working as the Human Resources Manager at Pactech Packaging from September 2012 to February 2015, and as the Manager of Human Resources at Bell and Howell, BCC Solutions from December 2008 to March 2012. Lynn started their career as an Executive Assistant at BCC Software Inc. from February 2003 to December 2008, and as an Administrative Assistant at BCC Software from February 2001 to January 2006. Prior to that, Lynn worked as an Administrative Assistant at Horizon Solutions from April 1995 to February 2001. Lynn's earliest professional experience was as a Medical Secretary at F.F. Thompson Health System from January 1992 to April 1995 and at Albany Medical Center Hospital from August 1988 to January 1992.

Lynn Sicke, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management & Economics/Human Resources from Empire State College, which was earned from 2008 to 2011. Lynn also has an Associate's Degree in Medical Secretarial Sciences from Bryant & Stratton College, obtained from 1986 to 1988. Additionally, Lynn has a Regents Diploma in Business from Palmyra-Macedon Central School, obtained from 1981 to 1985. Lynn has further certifications including SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in January 2021, PHR from HRCI in January 2014, and Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2010. Lynn has also obtained additional certificates in Executive Presence and Influence: Persuasive Leadership Development from Emeritus and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, both obtained in 2021.
