Jim Flaws has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jim is currently working as the Business Development & Customer Success Regional Director at ADVEEZ since 2022. From 2009 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at American Airlines, leading the replacement of a legacy operations tool and developing solutions based on business requirements. Jim also served as an Organizational Change Manager, designing and delivering projects that generated a significant return on investment. Additionally, they held roles in human resources, corporate policy, customer services, international compensation and benefits, and managed the drug and alcohol program at American Airlines.
