Melissa Hammond

Melissa Hammond has extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Melissa is currently working as a Recruitment Director at Advenir Living since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Recruiter at RPM Living from March 2021 to December 2021. Before that, Melissa worked as a Recruiting Manager at CF Real Estate Services LLC from October 2019 to March 2021. Melissa also served as a Sr. Talent Advisor at Alliance Residential Company from January 2019 to September 2019. Melissa's previous role was as a Manager of Talent Acquisition at Pegasus Residential from January 2018 to January 2019. Melissa began their career at Greystar as a Sr. Associate, Strategic Staffing and Recruiting from August 2015 to November 2017.

Melissa Hammond received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Morehead State University in 2006, and previously earned the same degree at the University of Kentucky from 2000 to 2004.
