Advenir Oakley Capital was formed in 2020 through a joint venture between Miami based Advenir and Birmingham based Oakley Group with the stated purpose of acquiring and developing a portfolio of 8,000 BFR units. Advenir Oakley Capital’s investments focus on BFR communities that include high-end amenities, a mix of different floor plans that include standalone homes, townhomes, and twin units.
