Jessica Brazier is the Vice President, Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at AdventHealth. Jessica previously worked as the Chief of Staff, Federal Human Capital, and Manager at Deloitte from January 2012 to December 2019.

At Deloitte, Jessica was responsible for implementing fiscal, operational, and workforce strategies that positioned the practice to exceed operating results, drive bold client outcomes, and shape a positive talent experience for employees. As a Consultant/Senior Consultant/Manager, they designed, executed, and evaluated business and workforce transformation strategies to improve federal agencies' mission performance. Jessica also delivered innovative change programs such as branding campaigns, leadership alignment initiatives, diversity and inclusion efforts, and training programs. Jessica coordinated federal clients’ communications with media, Congress, unions, employees, customers, and taxpayers.

In their current role at AdventHealth, Jessica is responsible for leading the organization’s diversity and inclusion initiatives. Jessica is committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and respected.

Jessica Brazier's educational career includes a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University, a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts and English from Oakwood University, and certifications from the Agile Project Management Academy in Agile Project Management, Deloitte in Deloitte Faculty Excellence, and PMI in Project Management Professional (PMP).

They are on a team with Keisha Malivert - Director of Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning, Azanetta Vasmout - Executive Assistant, and Christine Stewart - Vice President, Organizational Integration & Campus Operations. Jessica Brazier reports to Olesea Azevedo, Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer.
