Kimberly Gervais

Kimberly Gervais is an accomplished healthcare executive with a robust background in operations and strategy across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for Cardiovascular Services at AdventHealth since September 2024, Kimberly previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Florida ENT & Allergy from 2022 to 2024, where strategic initiatives led to significant revenue growth and operational enhancements. At Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital, between 2018 and 2022, Kimberly refined clinical procedures and directed financial strategies for multiple cost centers. Kimberly's extensive experience in healthcare management began at HCA, where leadership as the Manager of Non-Invasive Cardiology advanced patient care protocols and improved service efficiency. Kimberly holds an MBA from Western Governors University, a Bachelor's Degree in Management/Organizational Leadership from St. Petersburg College, and Associate's Degrees in Business and Echocardiography/Cardiovascular Technology from The University of Toledo and Sanford-Brown Institute-Tampa, respectively.
