Stacie Novosel

Stacie Novosel currently serves as the Director of Compensation at AdventHealth since November 2023, bringing extensive experience from previous roles including System Director of Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS at Summa Health from August 2016 to November 2023, and Vice President of Human Resources at HCA Healthcare from July 2015 to August 2016. Prior to these positions, Stacie held the role of Human Resources Director at St. Dominic Hospital from April 2011 to July 2015 and served as Employee Relations/Compensation Manager at Mercy Medical Center in Canton, Ohio from December 2003 to April 2011. Stacie holds an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources from Ashland University (2008-2012) and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from Grove City College (1991-1995).
