Matt Joben Em

Matt Joben Em, CLS, MLS(ASCPi), RMT has a diverse work experience in the field of clinical laboratory science. Starting in 2017, they worked as a Medical Technologist Intern at Adventist Medical Center Manila, where they performed various laboratory procedures, including phlebotomy and specimen analysis. During this time, they also held extracurricular positions, such as Intern's Vice President for Social Affairs and Intern's Batch Artist.

In 2019, Matt joined Adventist Health as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist, where they focused on positive patient identification and proper specimen collection. Matt Joben also performed various tests across multiple laboratory specialties and contributed to improving laboratory documentation and implementing new equipment.

In addition to their clinical laboratory experience, Matt has also pursued their interest in content creation, working as a Content Creator for YouTube.

Matt Joben Em, CLS, MLS(ASCPi), RMT completed their Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist from Adventist University of the Philippines in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Little Shepherd Business and Science Highschool in 2014. In addition to their education, Matt holds additional certifications such as Medical Laboratory Scientist (ASCPi) CM from the AMERICAN SOCIETY OF CLINICAL PATHOLOGISTS, Registered Medical Technologist from the Professional Regulation Commission, and Clinical Laboratory Scientist: Generalist (CLS) from the California Department of Public Health.
