Erin Baumgardner

Erin Baumgardner has extensive experience in nursing and healthcare management, currently serving as Chief Nursing Officer for Post Acute Care Services at Adventist HealthCare since March 2009. In various roles at Adventist HealthCare, Baumgardner has held positions such as AVP of Nursing and Administrator for Adventist HealthCare Rehabilitation Rockville, Patient Experience Business Partner, and Clinical Nurse Manager for the Mother Baby Unit. Prior experience includes service as Service Manager and Executive Assistant to the President at DARCARS Automotive Group and Assistant Service Manager at Fitzgerald Toyota Service Center. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Clinical Nurse Leader from the University of Maryland Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Salisbury University.
