Esther Nadoff has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Esther started their career as a Summer Day Camp Coordinator at Summer In Design in 2015 and then worked as a Graphic Web Designer at InDesign from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they served as an Executive Administrative Assistant at The Chizuk Mission. Esther joined AdVenture Media Group in 2019 as a Marketing Intern and later progressed to become a Lead Account Manager, where they managed multiple clients and accounts, utilized machine learning techniques to optimize results, and provided data analytics and channel budget allocation recommendations. Esther then transitioned to the role of Senior Digital Account Manager, where they were responsible for client-facing interactions. Currently, Esther holds the position of Senior Digital Marketing Strategist at AdVenture Media Group, where they drive account growth, develops strategies based on client goals, and focuses on identifying opportunities for brand development.
Esther Nadoff completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Thomas Edison State University between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they attended Lahav Seminary in 2016 and the Hebrew Academy of Cleve Yavne from 2013 to 2016, but did not obtain any degrees or field of study information from those institutions. In terms of additional certifications, Esther obtained the following certifications from Google: Google Ads Measurement in March 2021, Google Ads Display in September 2020, Google Shopping Ads in September 2020, and Google Ads Search in September 2019.
