Greg Solt has a diverse work experience in various sales and managerial roles. Greg began their career at The Hershey Company, where they served as a Sales Intern, Sales Representative, and District Sales Supervisor. In these positions, they gained experience in sales call routing, consultative selling techniques, and analyzing market data.
Greg then joined Burt's Bees, where they were a Trade Marketing Specialist and later became a Key Account Manager. Greg managed field sales communications, developed merchandising strategies, and worked with marketing to create customer-specific programs.
After their time at Burt's Bees, Greg worked at Burt's Bees/Clorox as a Sr. Customer Business Manager. Greg managed new and existing customers, developed go-to-market strategies, and led a broker team to align with company and customer goals.
Greg's next role was at Seventh Generation, where they served as a Business Development Manager and later became a Sales Director. Greg managed sales and planning for the Ventures business unit, grew sales with Walmart and onboarded new customers and specialty rep groups. Greg also implemented co-branding capabilities for customers.
Following Seventh Generation, Greg joined Marpac as the Director of Sales-North American Retail Channels. In this role, they oversaw sales operations for retail channels in North America.
Greg then moved to TDBBS LLC., where they initially served as the VP of Sales. Greg led all aspects of commercialization, optimized spending, pricing, and overhead, and developed omni-channel strategies. Later, they assumed the role of VP of Sales and Marketing, where they continued to maximize shareholder value and drive growth and profitability.
Most recently, Greg joined Adventure Ready Brands as the Senior Vice President of Sales. Greg is responsible for developing and implementing a multi-channel sales strategy, optimizing forecasting and planning, and maximizing ROI while delivering shareholder value. Adventure Ready Brands is a leader in the outdoor space with a portfolio of great brands.
Greg Solt completed their education starting in 1997 at North Carolina State University. Greg earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a major in Business Management. Greg'sstudies at North Carolina State University continued until 2001. Additionally, in 2005, Greg pursued a Master's degree in Information Systems at the University of Phoenix, specializing in Management Information Systems. Greg'stime at the University of Phoenix concluded in 2006.
